Yeti customer service does nothing claiming it is not a product defect. Ordered a tumbler on 11/30. I was told a custom order would take about two weeks when i called it in.
I Could See If Items Were In Production But They Obviously Aren’t After A Couple Hours From Ordering If They Will Take 5 Weeks.
The store managers are great to work for and we truly have a best retail team. The overall rating of the company is 2.2 and consumers are mostly dissatisfied. The past 2 years i have ordered directly from yeti and have had the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
